Hansel and Gretel went through the woods, a candy house they found! They started to eat it when the witch came out. She tried to cook them but they cooked her! Yay! (That was in song) Here is a summary: Hansel and Gretel's step Mom is planning to leave them in the forsetst because they are poor and don't have enough food. The father doesn't like it, but has to. So they are left in the woods and find a candy house. They are starving and need to eat, so they begin to take bites out of it. Inside there is an old witch who treats them nicely, but eventually tries to put them in the stove, but Gretel pushes her in to save Hansel and herself. They find the witch's wealth and run through the forrest with it. They find their house and their stepmom is dead, and their loving dad takes care of them and they are rich! They refind the candy house and get their food from it. The family live HAPPILY EVER AFTER! (As it always happens in Brother's Grimm tales, well actually not all Brother's Grimm tales...) :) |
